Wizara is a Web3 based creative studio and ecosystem. It works within the fields of public art, film performance, and visual art as they intersect with futurist digital tools. It has worked with partners as diverse as Royal Commission of AlUla in Saudi Arabia, Art Dubai in the UAE, New York Arab Festival in the US, New Radicalisms Festival in the Netherlands, and Hebbel Am Ufer in Germany. Wizara consults, curates, commissions and collaborates with artists from Arab, Asian and African backgrounds, and with institutions interested in the future of art, art economy, and public practice. Wizara was founded by artist, theorist and curator Adham Hafez, and other than its multiple virtual projects, it also runs a physical residency space in Cairo, Egypt, research programs in Berlin, Germany, and in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
