If AI created the artwork, do I have a copyright?

If AI is the "creator", the waters of copyright craft an artwork become murky. Drawing from the precedent set in the US case, Naruto v Slater, where a monkey's selfie didn't qualify for copyright because a human didn't create it, the same principle applies to AI-generated art. In essence, only humans can be recognized as authors eligible for copyright protection. So, if an AI is the "creator" of an artwork, that piece doesn't have copyright protection under current legal interpretations. This means no one can claim exclusive rights over an AI-generated artwork based on copyright law.
