Her academic background in sciences (Moscow State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics), visual arts (Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Directors) and media art (Rodchenko School of Photography and Multimedia) is reflected in her creative style. She works with interactive installations where the spontaneous behaviour of audience participants — often engaged in theatrical performance — is interwoven with the precise algorithms of computing machines and neural networks.
