Tripura is a Los Angeles–based artist working with 3D motion graphics and video. She explores the relationship between the global human body and the body of nature in the future, engaging with new forms of life, chimeras, boundless bodies, and interpretations of Love. Her works have been featured on a digital billboard in Tokyo, Japan, and were represented in Digital Art Month in Paris in 2022. She has participated in art fairs such as CADAF Digital Art Fair 2022, New York, USA; REA Art Fair 2024, Milan, Italy; and Mesh Art Fair 2024, Decentraland.

Tripura (Maria Agureeva) is a recipient of the Ruinart Art Patronat Prize 2019, TRUST FOR MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING 2018, and Laguna Art Prize 2018, and was nominated for the Kandinsky Prize 2013.
